I just wish we had a little of the cold weather here in MS. Our temps are in the 80's and we are wearing shorts and using the ac.

Glad yall are safe and warm.

The pics of Kya sleeping are just priceless!!

Glad to see your post. I have been wondering how you guys were doing with the ice storm. Glad to hear you are safe. You are a seasoned hotel veteran so I'm sure you guys will be fine. I know it sucks being away from home though. Hoping the electricity is back on before you know it.

Hugs,
D

I have been following the ice storm on T.V. It is horrible!!! I really don't envy you. It could be worse, you could be stuck in a hotel without a cutie.

Oh, Candy... so sorry you are without power at home! I hope you are enjoying a little spa treatment at the hotel if you have to stay there very long.

Kya looks like she is living the life... she is an experienced traveler though!

Glad you are OK!

this should be a piece of cake compared to 6 months. Sorry you guys got hit so hard. It's unfortunate that such beauty causes such destruction ad heartache.

Hope you are home sure!

I have been worried about you. Sorry you had no electricity, but glad you are safe and warm. That is what is important. We had some ice and 8 inches of snow yesterday and a nor'easter coming in tomorrow night. I don't like winter.
